If unit was recently cleaned or internal electronics subjected to moisture, disconnect power cord from the household outlet and from the distiller and also disconnect the fan cord from the distiller.Household circuit breaker is not adequate.(Attempting to use different sockets will not resolve the issue if the sockets are on the same circuit.) Plug the unit into an outlet that is on a different circuit. Too many appliances are being used at the same time on the same circuit.WARRANTY REPLACEMENT: If your unit is under warranty, please contact us at 1-80 ex3 so we can discuss replacement options. If the fan still did not work in the previous steps, this indicates a faulty HEAD ASSEMBLY. Plug both power cords into one another and see if the fan works when plugged directly into the wall. ![]() Unplug both power cords from the back of the distiller.Press and hold firmly for several seconds. The most common problem that new users have is that the fan cord, (the cord attached to the head, or top of the unit), is not completely pushed into the outlet socket on the body, (bottom part of the unit).If it is not pushed all the way in, (so the white line on the plug is no longer visible), then the fan will operate intermittently or not at all, and very little, if any, distilled water will be made. Check and ensure the power and head unit plugs are both solidly plugged in. ![]()
